Janet Lugo brings expertise from an executive management background and marketing expertise working with small business owners. Janet’s broad experience and background brings to the table a diverse skill set. Her years of experience have added value and positive solutions in television and radio, and non-profit executive management. She has industry-specific experience working for large companies such as Telemundo in public relations, sponsorship, and event planning. Additionally, Janet is a skilled business development professional having counseled hundreds of small businesses in marketing, financials, and business planning. Those skills also served to be an Executive Director for several DC based non-profits managing large budgets, staffs, events, volunteers, marketing, sponsorships, grant writing, managing grants and reporting.
She is co-founder of MPower Now, a non-profit focused on health, trade, cultural, and educational projects. She founded her own company the Niche Marketing Group consulting independently with for-profit and not-for-profits in executive management, event planning and grant writing capacities. She holds an active license in Real Estate in Washington, DC, and Maryland. Janet holds studies in Marketing and International Business from Strayer University.

Santiago David Tavara possesses over 25 years of experience in journalism, entrepreneurship, and community participation at the local, national, and international levels. As part of the leadership of 2020 Consulting Group, Távara feels very excited to support various initiatives, including the celebration of Peru Bicentennial focused on post-COVID-19 international opportunities. Mr. Távara is a co-founder of the nonprofit organization MPower Now Inc., founded on June 2020, focused on empowerment initiatives on health, culture, commerce, and education.
Mr. Távara has experience based on his special assignments to Israel, Mexico, Cuba, El Salvador, and Colombia to cover different issues on politics, technology, tourism, among other. Mr. Távara has worked as a journalist for different local, national, and international news outlets.
